Construction Deficiency List Template

Description

A punch list (also called a snag list, deficiency list, or punch out list). Handling the deficiency operation can be time-consuming, and a proper deficiency log is one of the most important tools for doing so. This deficiency log will keep a track of each item and responsibility.

The goal of the punch list for the contractor is to highlight and eliminate the remaining issues or items left on the list before responsibility shifts over to the client.

The following fields are included in the template:

• Task Description
• Task Location
• Area
• Identified By
• Date Identified
• Assigned To
• Priority (High, Medium, Low)
• Date Completed
• Status (Complete, Not Started, In Progress)
