Feasibility of Double tee beam roof for Solar Panels

I have a question regarding the feasibility of installation of solar panels on a flat roof constructed by double tee beams.
The solar panel carries weight about 50lb and weight of ballast is determined considering wind flowing at 81mph to be 112lb, hence they together put 50+112=162lb. Now let’s say if I am installing 100 panels, the dead load will be 162×100 = 16200lb. Now please tell me how I am supposed to know the behavior of double tee beam. Whether it can withstand this much amount of load or not? I would be pleased if someone provides me a reference of relevant book.
