To change from inches to millimeters in AutoCAD, type in the command line UNITS and hit Enter. Select the "Unit Type" to "Decimal" and the "Unit Precision" to 0 (zero) decimal places. Change the "Insertion Scale" to 25.4 and select "Millimeter" as the current unit. Click "OK" to complete the change.
