1. Launch Staad Pro and open a new file. 2. Click the Tables tab in the main toolbar. 3. Click the User Table tab from the drop-down menu. 4. Enter the parameters for the table such as title, units, number of columns, etc. 5. Type in the values for each row and column. 6. Click OK to save the table.
