1. Ensure the rollers are in place and properly lubricated. Check to see that the bottom track is attached to the floor or wall with screws or bolts, as needed.
2. Make sure that the door itself is not warped or damaged, which can impede its ability to roll properly. If necessary, replace any damaged portions before continuing.
3. Make sure that the gap between the two doors is consistent. To do this, make sure the top of the door is level and the handles are aligned.
4. Tighten any loose screws on the frame of the door to ensure that it is anchored securely in place.
5. Adjust the tension on the rollers to ensure that the door slides open and shut properly.
6. Add weather-stripping around the frame of the door as needed to improve insulation.
