You can import a Google Earth image into AutoCAD by first saving the image as a high-resolution JPEG file. Then, in AutoCAD, open the raster design ribbon panel by going to Insert > Raster Image. On the Raster Image ribbon panel, press the Insert button and select the JPEG file you saved. Once the image has been imported, you can edit or rotate it as needed.
