To make burnt clay bricks, you need to prepare the clay, shape and dry the bricks, and fire them in a kiln.
1. Preparing the Clay: Begin by mixing the clay with water until it has a malleable consistency. You can add sand or other materials to the clay to give it more strength and durability.
2. Shaping and Drying the Bricks: Once the mixture is ready, form the bricks by either hand or machine. Place the bricks in a warm, dry place so they can thoroughly dry out.
3. Firing the Bricks: Once the bricks are completely dry, fire them in a kiln at temperatures of around 1100-1250 degrees Celsius. This process will burn off any impurities and harden the bricks.
4. Cool and Store: Remove your newly-made burnt clay bricks from the kiln and let them cool down. Store them in a cool, dry place away from moisture to keep them from deteriorating.
