Making mud bricks at home is easy, but also quite messy! Here are the steps:
1) Gather your materials: mud, straw, sand, a large container or tray, and a trowel or other shovel-like tool.
2) Mix the ingredients together: 1 part mud, 2 parts straw, and 3 parts sand.
3) Place the mixture in the tray and pack it tightly with the trowel or tool.
4) Allow the bricks to dry for several days in a sunny, dry area. Turn them once per day so that each side has time to dry.
5) Once the bricks are dry, remove them from the tray, stack them, and allow them to fully cure for a few weeks before using.
