There are a few methods that you can use to remove white cement stains from tiles. You can use a chemical cleaner such as bleach or hydrogen peroxide to break down the stain, gently scrub the area with a soft brush and soapy water, or use a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to form a paste which can then be applied directly to the stain. Be sure to rinse any chemical cleaners thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry before reapplying any sealants.
