To start STAAD Pro, open the program from the Start Menu after it has been installed. You will then see the Welcome to STAAD Pro window. You can either create a new project or open an existing one.
To create a new project click on the ‘Create New Project’ button. To open an existing project, click the ‘Open Existing Project’ button. Then, browse to the folder where the STAAD Pro file is stored and select it. After selecting the project file, the design environment will be displayed.
