To make cement, you will need to mix a few ingredients together. First, start by combining calcined lime and pozzolana, which should be in a ratio of 1:2. Add some silica and alumina, usually in a 4:1 ratio.
Mix the ingredients together until there’s a uniform consistency, then add a small amount of gypsum and finish mixing. Finally, the cement can be heated at 1450°C for around two hours.
