To add sky in 3ds Max Vray, you'll need to use the V-Ray Environment and Fog. Start by opening the V-Ray toolbar by pressing F10. To add sky in 3ds Max Vray, you’ll need to use the V-Ray Environment and Fog. Start by opening the V-Ray toolbar by pressing F10. From there, click the “Environment” button at the top left of the V-Ray toolbar. This will open up the V-Ray Environment dialog box.
From here, you can choose a type of sky or create a custom one. When you are finished, hit the “Apply” button and your sky should be visible in the viewport.
