There is a multi-step process for cementing zirconia crowns. First, the crown should be left in water for 15 minutes to remove air and moisture. Then, the crown should be dried with a high-speed air jet. Next, any excess cement should be removed from the abutment and inside of the crown. Finally, an adhesive cement should be applied to the abutment and crown, and the crown should be seated and adjusted as necessary.
