Unfortunately, STAAD Pro does not currently have the ability to modify existing design code. However, you can create and apply a custom design code to your structure. To do this, you will need to create a Design Code File (.dc file) using the commands found within STAAD Pro’s help section. Once you have created the design code file, you can apply it to your structure by going to File -> Design -> Set Design Code.
