Cleaning cement off of tiles can be done with a mixture of warm water and dish soap. Mix a solution of 1 teaspoon of dish soap to 2 cups of warm water, then use a sponge or soft cloth to scrub the cement off gently.
You can also try using a mild vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 4 parts water) to help loosen stubborn cement. For more difficult stains, use an abrasive cleaner such as baking soda and water, or consider using a commercial tile cleaner that is designed for removing grime and dirt.
