To draw an ellipse in AutoCAD, use the ELLIPSE command. First, type ELLIPSE in the command line and press <Enter>. Then specify the center point of the ellipse. Next, indicate either two points to define the major and minor axes or define the major axis length and the ratio of the minor axis.
Finally, click <Enter> to finish the command. You can also use additional options to control the arc properties or tangent lines in the command line by typing either ARC or TANGENT respectively.
