3. Create the individual stair treads, using the Polygon command to create the shape of each step.
4. Then use the Push/Pull command to give each step its height.
5. Use the Arc command to draw the handrails, which will form the spiral shape.
6. Use the Trim command to trim away any overlapping lines or curves.
