To draw shadows on elevations in AutoCAD, first select the object or area you want to cast a shadow over. Then, choose the “Shadow” command from the drop-down menu.
You will be prompted to specify the location of the light source and the direction of the shadow. A preview of the shadow will appear in the drawing area and can be adjusted with the “Width,” “Length,” and “Direction” tools. When satisfied, select “OK ” to finish.
