You can increase the cursor size in AutoCAD by adjusting the "crosshairs" size in the OPTIONS dialog box. To do this, go to the Tools menu, select Options, then go to Display tab and select the Crosshairs section. From here, you can adjust the size of the crosshairs to a larger size.
