You can increase the text size in AutoCAD by selecting the “Text Height” from the ribbon’s “Home” tab. You can also select the text object that you want to increase in size, then right click and select “Properties”.
From the Properties window, you can adjust the text height value. Additionally, if you use the command line, you can enter the command “CHANGE” followed by “T” for “Text Height”, and then specify the desired size.
