      The main component in concrete are mixed as a slurry (like cement, fine sand, water, lime, and sometimes fly ash) and one more component should be added (mostly aluminum powder) which generate gas (more likely air) while mixing with others, as result in slurry bubbles will generated as reaction and mixture will expands and creates aerated concrete.
