To make geopolymer cement, you need a combination of high-temperature sintering and the use of a special mixture of alkaline-activated materials. First, mix together a combination of silica, alumina, fly ash, slag, and other vitreous materials in a proportion suitable for your project needs.
Next, activate the mixture with a strong alkaline solution such as sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. Then heat the mixture to temperatures between 70 and 150 degrees Celsius, depending on the material’s properties. Finally, cool and harden the mixture to form a strong, solid bond.
