To make lines parallel in Autocad, use the Parallel command from the Draw panel in the Home tab. It will allow you to quickly draw two or more lines at a specified distance apart. First, select your starting point for the lines and then enter the distance between each in the Command Line. The command will then draw the lines parallel to each other.
