There are a few different methods you can use to remove cement from granite. Depending on the type and amount of cement, you may try using an acetone-based cleaner or a razor blade to scrape it off.
You can also use a grinder, chisel, or hammer to gently break the cement away from the granite. If the cement is too hard to remove with those methods, you may need to use a chemical stripper or a concrete or masonry saw.
