Rotating an AutoCAD drawing can be done by either using the command-line option, or by manually rotating the view in the drawing window.
Command line option:
1. Enter the ROTATE command in the command line window
2. Select the objects you want to rotate
3. Specify the base point around which the objects will be rotated
4. Enter the rotation angle
5. Press enter to finish the rotation
Manually rotate the view in the drawing window:

2. Click and drag the mouse to rotate the view to the desired angle
3. To apply the rotation, click the Apply button
4. To exit the 3D Orbit tool, click the Close button.
