White cement can be used for painting by mixing it with latex paint and water to create a slurry. The slurry should be mixed until it reaches a consistency similar to yogurt, and then can be applied to the surface with a brush or roller. Be sure to let the paint dry for at least 24 hours before removing any excess white cement.
