Post-tensioning is the process in which casting concrete beams with longitudinal holes for steel tendons, bars, or cables is involved. In this the holes for the tendons are curved upward from end to end, these tendons when fitted inside are stretched and anchored at the end. Methods of post-tensioning of concrete are:
