1. Put on safety goggles and a dust mask to protect your eyes and lungs from debris.
2. Vacuum the ceiling with an extension wand or broom and vacuum attachment.
3. Mix a solution of mild soap and warm water to clean the ceiling.
4. Dip a sponge in the soapy water and wring it out.
5. Work in small sections and scrub gently, avoiding hard scrubbing to prevent damage to the ceiling surface.
6. Rinse the sponge with clean water and wipe the ceiling.
7. Dry the ceiling with a microfiber cloth.
8. Check for stubborn stains and spots and repeat steps 4-7 as needed.
