To fix a broken or misaligned hinge, you will need to remove the hinge pin and re-align or replace it with a new one. If there is an obstruction, try to remove any furniture or items blocking the door from closing. If the door is warped, use a wood plane to lightly shave off the high spots until it fits in the door frame. Lastly, if the door latch is sticking, try lubricating it with some WD-40.
