1. Prepare the surfaces by removing any dust and debris with a vacuum cleaner or a damp cloth.
2. Apply a thin layer of construction adhesive to the plywood surface, making sure to cover the entire area.
3. Place the laminate on top of the plywood, pressing firmly so that the adhesive makes contact with the surface of both materials.
4. Secure the two materials together by placing heavy weights or clamps on the laminate.
5. Leave the adhesive to dry completely before removing the weights or clamps.
