To make balloons stick to the ceiling without helium, you can use adhesive, such as double-sided tape, sticky putty, or wall hooks. You can also hang the balloons from a fishing line near the ceiling and secure the string with command strips or hooks.
To ensure the balloons stay in place, be sure to tie a knot at the end of each piece of fishing line around the balloon.
