Making cement blocks is relatively straightforward. First, mix together Portland cement, sand, and water to create a dry mix. Then, add the mix to a concrete block-making machine.
Once the cement has been poured into the machine, either by hand or with an automated system, put pressure on it to form the blocks. Once they’ve been removed from the machine, let them cure for 3-4 days to allow the blocks to harden. Finally, seal the blocks with a waterproofing agent or acrylic coating for further protection.
