Fillet in AutoCAD is a way to round off the sharp edges of two intersecting lines. To make a fillet, use the FILLET command. This will open a command line with options for either a Radius or a Variable Fillet.
With Radius, you can set the exact radius size, and with Variable Fillet you can experiment with different radii. Once you have chosen the type of Fillet you would like to make, select the two lines to be rounded and click Enter on your keyboard. Your fillet will then be created.
