1. Clean the surfaces of both pieces of plastic using the PVC cleaner/primer. Make sure the surfaces are completely clean and free from any dirt or debris.
2. Apply the solvent cement evenly to both surfaces. Make sure there is an even and generous coating of the adhesive.
3. Quickly join the two pieces of plastic together and hold firmly in place until the solvent cement sets.
4. Allow the solvent cement to cure and harden completely before using the joint.
