Mica can be applied to plywood in two ways.
1) Using an adhesive. To do this, clean the surface of the plywood and then apply an adhesive to it. Once the adhesive has dried, you can use a roller to spread the mica on the plywood, making sure to press it down firmly so that it stays in place.
2) Using screws. To do this, pre-drill holes in the plywood and then use small screws to attach the mica to the plywood. Make sure to leave enough room between the screws so that the mica isn’t overly compressed.
