The first step to pursuing architecture after 12th is to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Depending on where you are located, you may need to meet certain educational or licensing requirements in order to pursue architecture professionally. To obtain a bachelor’s degree in architecture, you will need to take classes in mathematics, physics, engineering, social sciences, and liberal arts.
You will also have to complete coursework and projects in area like design and drafting, building technology and construction materials. After completion of the program, you may have to take an exam to become a licensed architect. Once you become a licensed architect, you may find work in the field of architecture, or continue your education with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in the field.
