Using a ladder, position the new light fixture against the ceiling and mark where the mounting screws will go. Drill holes into the ceiling and insert the mounting screws. Connect the wires of the new light fixture to the wiring in the ceiling according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Secure the light fixture with the mounting screws and cover them with the decorative caps provided with the fixture. Finally, turn the power back on and check that the light works.
