In AutoCAD, you can place text over a hatch by first creating the text and then placing it in a drawing over the hatching. You can do this by selecting the “text” button from the Home tab, then typing in the desired text.
After the text is inserted, use the “Send to Front” command located in the Modify ribbon to move the text over the hatching. Finally, adjust the size and position of the text as desired.
