To register a construction firm in India, you need to register it with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under the Companies Act. You need to obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN), and submit Form INC-20A for incorporation of the company.
You also need to register for GST and obtain an Enterprise Identify Number (EIN). Then you need to obtain various permits and licenses from local, state, and central government depending on the scope of your projects. Finally, you will need to get a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) registration.
