To remove dried cement from plastic, you can try using a putty knife to scrape off as much of the cement as possible. Then, scrub the remaining residue with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or brush. If that doesn’t work, put some white vinegar on a cloth and gently scrub the cemented area until it is dissolved.
