Unfortunately, the best way to remove LED lights from a false ceiling is to completely remove the false ceiling itself. This will require drilling out the nails and screws holding the false ceiling in place and then carefully prying it off. Once this is done, you’ll be able to get access to the LED light fixtures and disconnect the power or wiring that supplies them with electricity.
