Name different categories of labours required at a residential site

The categories of labours required at the residential site are as follows:

1. Head Mason (Raj Mistry): most experienced
2. Mason: mostly engaged in masonry work
3. Coolie: for loading, unloading and transportation of material
4. Mazdoor/ Beldar: labour that handles hoe and performs excavation. Also he does all extra works
5. Bandhani: labour who helps mason in work
6. Bhishti: labour who arranges water at the site like for curing.

The labour required for a particular item of work may be taken from CPWD guidelines or as per IS: 7272
