Roof tiles can slip due to a number of factors. These include inadequate fixing, poor fitting, inadequate slope of the roof, wear and degradation of the mortar bedding, damage to the tiles, and weathering of the tiles due to age or exposure to the elements.
Improper maintenance of the roof or inadequate repairs can also contribute to slipping tiles.
