Enoscope is the tool box used to determine the spot speed of the vehicle. Enoscope method is also known as the “Mirror Box Method”.

The mirror box method is the easiest method for finding out the spot speed of the vehicle. It is also the most economical method. The only disadvantage of this method is that the process is very slow.

In this method, a mirror box is placed at the side of the road in such a way that it can observe the vehicle and reflect its image on the entire road through 90°.
