how to avoid accumulation of Efflorescence on concrete plinth?

my plinth is getting down from main road level, as a result my plinth is developing Efflorescence patches. What can be done to avoid the accumulation. How can the brick work above plinth level be safeguarded from Efflorescence?

Plinth is made of simple traditional concrete without any waterproofing etc.

      To avoid accumulation of Efflorescence on concrete: Use high-quality concrete with a low water content. This is referred to as "low slump" concrete in the industry. For stone or brick work, use a low-alkali mortar to prevent alkali salts from leaching into the brickwork. Cure concrete properly. ConsRead more

      To avoid accumulation of Efflorescence on concrete:

      1. Use high-quality concrete with a low water content. This is referred to as “low slump” concrete in the industry.
      2. For stone or brick work, use a low-alkali mortar to prevent alkali salts from leaching into the brickwork.
      3. Cure concrete properly.
      4. Consider using an efflorescence-reducing sealant or paint.
