How to create a night sky ceiling?

1. Choose a color for the night sky. Dark blue, navy blue, or black are popular options.
2. Prepare the ceiling for painting. Clean the ceiling and fill any cracks or holes with spackling compound.
3. Paint the ceiling with a roller and paintbrush. Use a high-gloss, exterior-grade paint for maximum durability.
4. To add stars to the ceiling, use glow-in-the-dark paint. Carefully dip the end of a toothpick into the paint, and then dab the paint onto the ceiling in star shapes. Alternatively, you can use small, removable adhesive star decals.
