1. Start by opening AutoCAD and creating a new drawing.
2. To create the stairs, use the POLYLINE command to draw a rectangle with curved corners. Make sure the corners of the rectangle have a consistent radius.
3. To make the stairs look like rounded steps, use the SOLID command to create a solid shape in each corner of the rectangle.
4. To draw the railing around the stairs, use the HATCH command to fill the rectangular area with a pattern.
5. Use the LINE command to draw a continuous line around the stairwell.
6. To finish off the look of the stairs, use the ARRAY command to make copies of the railing lines and place them around the stairwell in a circular pattern.
7. When the stairs are finished, save the drawing and exit out of AutoCAD.
