You can make glue for plywood in several ways. One way is to use a wood glue, like Titebond II or Elmer‘s Wood Glue. To use this type of glue, apply a thin coat to both surfaces to be joined, allow it to dry for about 20 minutes, and then press the pieces together firmly. You can also use a polyurethane glue, such as Gorilla Glue, to join plywood.
To use this method, spread the glue on one surface and press the two pieces together. Clamp the pieces in place and leave to dry for 1–2 hours before handling. Finally, an epoxy like JB Weld may also be used to bond plywood.
When using this method, clean both surfaces that are to be glued, mix the epoxy as instructed, and apply it to the surfaces. Allow it to cure according to the instructions before handling.
