The process of making a thermocol ceiling depends on the size, shape and location of the space you are working with. Generally, the following steps are followed:
1. Measure the ceiling area accurately and cut the thermocol sheets according to the measurements.
2. Stick the thermocol pieces together using a strong adhesive like white glue or epoxy.
3. Make sure that all the pieces are securely attached to each other.
4. Use a saw to cut away any excess material around the edges.
5. Once the structure is complete, use silicone sealant to join the joints and make them airtight.
6. To finish off the ceiling, you can use acrylic paint, textured sprayers or wallpapers.
