How to use geogrid in a retaining wall?

Geogrid is a type of geosynthetic material used to reinforce retaining walls. It helps to increase the stability and strength of the structure. To use geogrid in a retaining wall, it should be laid out along the back of the wall, overlapping each layer by at least half of its width.

The geogrid should be connected to the geogrid layers at the top with pins or clips at the joint points and fixed to the soil with nails or other fixing devices along the lower side.
